Let's Learn English - Grade 3 Semester 1

Unit 1: My Daily Routine

In this unit, we will learn about our daily routines and the actions we usually do during the day. Let's get started!

My Morning Routine

Every morning, I wake up at 7 o'clock. The first thing I do is brush my teeth. I take my toothbrush and put some toothpaste on it. Then, I brush my teeth for two minutes. After that, I wash my face with cold water. Next, I comb my hair and tie it up. Then, I get dressed for school. I put on my uniform, socks, and shoes. Finally, I have breakfast with my family. I usually have cereal with milk and some fruits. After breakfast, I grab my backpack and head to school.

My Afternoon Routine

After school, I come home and have lunch with my family. I usually have rice, vegetables, and a piece of chicken or fish. After lunch, I take a short nap to rest. Then, I do my homework. I start with my math homework because it's my favorite subject. After finishing my math homework, I move on to English, science, and other subjects. Once I complete my homework, I have some free time to play with my toys or watch cartoons. In the late afternoon, I go outside and play with my friends. We ride our bikes, play tag, and have a lot of fun together.

My Evening Routine

In the evening, I help my mom set the table for dinner. We put plates, bowls, spoons, and forks for everyone. Then, we prepare the food. Sometimes, we have spaghetti, pizza, or stir-fried vegetables. After dinner, I wash the dishes with my dad while my mom cleans the kitchen. Then, I take a shower and put on my pajamas. Before going to bed, I read a storybook or listen to a bedtime story from my parents. They tuck me in bed and kiss me goodnight. I close my eyes and fall asleep, ready for a new day.
